Info on our Energy Assessors
EPC Assessors UK Ltd. uses assessors that are fully qualified, competent and accredited by a government approved and vetted scheme.

Beware there are many 'cowboys' who have not only tainted the 'Energy Assessors' image as a professional, but have also sent out unqualified individuals for the assessment! Although the government is cracking down on these rogue elements, it is still happening. Please report them to us or the government, stop them now!
Any assessor we send will have investigated the area in which the assessment property resides, this is important for the purpose of the EPC being accurate.

Biography of an Energy Assessor.
My name is Yogi Bhanot, I am an assessor for EPC Assessors UK Ltd. I have been living in the south east of England for all my life, im well acquainted with the operational area of the company. I am accredited with NHER who audit my assessments randomly therefore ensuring the highest standard of practice. My main impetuous in becoming an energy assessor was to make a difference to the environment, so the next generation inherit a greener planet than at the moment. Why is local knowledge important?
An important part of the EPC assessment is when the Assessor has to age a building, this must be accurate, for this the assessor will require local knowledge as the art of estimating the age of a building is very difficult. Many typical architectural periods overlap like 'Art Neuvo' and 'Art Deco'. Therefore aging a property is an 'art' not strictly a science.
