Our Specific Terms & Conditions

The main Terms & Conditions will be sent to our customers in the form of a contract once an assessment has been agreed. The contract will be quite extensive to keep both customer and the assessor safe. The basic layout is below:

The Agreement

1.The names of customer and assessor, to undertake an EPC, with price.

Specific Details

 2.Date, Time, Address of property to be assessed.

3.Standard Conditions of engagement, Rights of either party, Data protection, Accreditation Body details, Complaints statement. Decleration

4.Signatures and date, of both parties.

Note that No.(3) will be explained in much more detail in the sent contract. This page is to give you an idea of what to expect. Remember that it is important for you the customer to have a contract, it will explain what exactly the EPC and its report will contain.
